After the construction and handover of the finished project , we offer our customers a starter package
"PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE":

What is included in preventive maintenance?
- quarterly, quarterly or half-yearly :
*Inspection and cleaning of the solar panels.
*Cleaning of the roof terrace.
*Inspection of the pool cleaning system (valves, electrovalves, automatics, fittings, pumps, filters,
etc.).
*Cleaning the pool filters and pre-filters.
*Checking the operation of the lighting.
*Inspection of boilers (valves, solenoid valves, pumps, etc...)

Example:

1 Inspection of the machine room installation.
2 Filling of expansion tanks
3 Dismantling and inspection of basin valves
4 Checking non-return valves and solenoid valves
5 Cleaning filters
6 Dismantling and checking the motorised pool valves
7 Checking the solenoid valve for filling the tank
